On January 16th, the company's 2025 Economic Work Conference and the 2024 Annual Commendation Conference were grandly held in the 100-person meeting room on the third floor of the administrative building. A total of 124 people, including company engineers, workshop directors, department heads and above, representatives of advanced collectives, top ten employees, technical model workers, sales model workers, HSE advanced individuals, and representatives of young backbone college students, attended the conference.
The conference opened in a solemn and enthusiastic atmosphere. General Manager Ma Jianping first delivered a work report with the theme of "Strengthening the foundation, optimizing the structure, and driving innovation to draw a grand blueprint; tapping potential, setting benchmarks, and working diligently to open up a new situation." General Manager Ma detailedly reviewed the significant achievements made by the company in production, sales, technological innovation, cost reduction and efficiency improvement, and market expansion in the past year, deeply analyzed the current situation and challenges faced by the industry, and clearly defined the specific goals, tasks, and implementation paths for 2025.
Subsequently, the conference moved on to the signing of the target responsibility agreements. General Manager Ma Jianping signed the 2025 target responsibility agreements with each deputy general manager and department head one by one, clarifying the work goals and responsibilities of each department, which stimulated everyone's sense of responsibility and mission, laying a solid foundation for the smooth progress of the year's work.
Immediately after, Executive Vice President Lu Jianfei read out the company's commendation decisions. The company's main leaders commended the advanced collectives and advanced individuals who performed outstandingly in the past year. These honors not only affirmed their hard work but also served as an inspiration and motivation for all employees.
After the awarding ceremony, department representatives and advanced representatives took turns to speak on stage, sharing their work experiences, insights, and expectations for the company's future development, demonstrating the good spirit and clear understanding and planning of the company's employees for the coming year's work.
At the end of the conference, Group President and Company Executive Director Xu Yuelin delivered an inspiring speech. He highly praised the various achievements made by the company in the past year and expressed his sincere gratitude to all employees. Regarding future development, President Xu proposed the strategic orientation of "tapping potential, setting benchmarks, and working diligently," focusing on three key points and handling six major tasks, and encouraged all colleagues to continue to uphold the spirit of unity and collaboration and strive for new heights, jointly writing a new chapter for Green Fiber in 2025:
Three key points: First, the focus of strengthening the foundation should be on the operation site. Quality and safety are the lifelines of the company, and the site is the cornerstone of all this. Therefore, in 2025, the work focus must be shifted to the grassroots level to ensure that every employee can work in a safe environment. The company will optimize the safety and quality assessment methods, implement safety systems at the operation site, list safety operation checklists, and through strict assessment, make employees deeply understand the importance of safety and quality. Only by solving the actual problems in on-site operations can the safety management level be fundamentally improved. Second, the goal of technological research and development efforts should be on the market. All the company's work must closely revolve around market demand and customer needs, develop new application fields based on products, and meet the continuous changes in the market. Only by targeting the market and developing new products purposefully can the product structure be continuously optimized and the company's benefits improved. Third, the principle of prioritizing benefits and striving for excellence must be firmly remembered. Only by benchmarking against peers can we find the direction and gap for our efforts, and discover the space for improvement and the solutions to problems.
Six major tasks: First, all levels of management personnel must be conscientious and responsible, manage the matters within their jurisdiction well, ensure that there are no safety and quality issues, and continuously optimize economic indicators. Second, technical personnel and relevant leaders must broaden their thinking, be bold in trying, and seek breakthroughs in technological research and development and new product development. Third, sales personnel must expand their territory, increase sales, explore new application fields, intensify the promotion of new products, and improve the differentiated quality of products. Fourth, production personnel should dig deep into their potential, closely focus on the implementation of the annual goals, and ensure the realization of the company's objectives. Fifth, leaders at all levels should pay attention to the construction of the backbone team, strengthen the training and recruitment of talents, and form a talent team configuration for the enterprise. Sixth, we should handle various relationships with an open mind and a responsible attitude, including the relationship between newly hired technical experts and old employees, and the relationship between managers and those being managed, to build the core competitiveness of the enterprise.
