Due to the complex conditions of wind and surge in the Marine environment, the cable is immersed in seawater for a long time and is in a long-term tensioning state, which puts forward extremely high technical requirements for fatigue, adjustment, wear resistance and service life. "Ancient Towpath" has carried out continuous research and improvement in cable fibers and special coatings to continuously enhance the strength and toughness of the product. The patented technology developed by the white master - liquid phase viscosified melt direct spinning process increases the production efficiency of the product by a letter, and the energy consumption per unit product is reduced by 30% compared with that of the peer, filling the gap at home and abroad. Last year, the three categories of "ancient towpath" ocean cable, high-strength activated silk and high-strength silk also passed the China Green Product certification, and the company also won a series of honors such as national individual champion enterprise, National Intellectual Property Advantage Enterprise, and Zhejiang Intellectual Property Award.
