Recently, zhejiang ancient towpath Green Fiber Co., LTD. Post-doctoral station review meeting was held. Academician Chen Wenxing of Zhejiang Sci-Tech University, Professor Zhang Xianming, Professor Lu Wangyang and relevant persons in charge of Zhejiang Ancient Fiber Path Green Fiber Co., LTD., as the assessment team, evaluated the entrance and exit defense.

       At the meeting, Dr. Ying Wang made a concluding report entitled "Preparation and Application of flame retardant polyester industrial silk". She reported in detail the research background and significance, research content and achievements, scientific and technological significance of the project research, economic and social benefits achieved or application prospects, etc. Dr Couni connect universe will "Marine engineering application research of high-strength polyester mooring rope" pit opening defense scientific research subject, analyzing the research background and the selected topic significance, the research content of the project and I undertake research work, the main technical difficulties, the solution plan and the possible innovation, organization measures, to report research budget and schedule arrangement, etc. After the panel members questioned and deliberated on the two doctoral research topics, Academician Chen Wenxing announced on behalf of the panel that Dr. Wang Ying had met the requirements and agreed to leave the station. Dr. Lian Yushun agrees to enter the station because the research project target plan is reasonable.

       The post-doctoral workstation is an important measure for yuecheng District to introduce high-end talents, expand the field of scientific research and enhance the ability of scientific and technological innovation. Since the first provincial post-doctoral research station was launched in November 2016, the post-doctoral career in Yuecheng District has achieved a breakthrough leap of "starting from scratch, connecting points to surface, and growing from weak to strong", forming a pattern of accumulation and growth. Up to now, there are 22 post-doctoral workstations in Yuecheng District, promoting the recruitment of 53 post-doctoral talents cumulatively, and 9 post-doctoral talents entering the station this year.

       Yuecheng District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau will continue to take the postdoctoral workstation as the carrier, effectively promote the transformation of enterprise scientific and technological achievements, constantly improve the innovation competitiveness, truly build the postdoctoral workstation into the "reservoir" of high-end talents in our district, and provide strong talent and intelligence support for the high-quality catch-up and development of the whole district.
