Company Trade Union Diligently Carries Out "Golden Autumn Aid" Initiative to Effectively Alleviate Burdens for Employees in Needrelease time:2025-10-18

    Recently, in order to thoroughly implement the relevant guiding principles from higher-level trade unions regarding assistance work, and to practically fulfill the trade union's responsibilities of serving and caring for employees, the company trade union has organized and launched the application process for the annual "Golden Autumn Aid" initiative. This activity aims to provide targeted support to employee families within the company experiencing financial difficulties, alleviating the economic pressure associated with their children's education, and solidifying the warmth and care of the organization.

    At the outset of the initiative, adhering to the requirements of superior documents, the company trade union formulated a detailed work plan and promptly issued a notice to all employees regarding the launch of the "Golden Autumn Aid" activity. The notice clearly outlined the beneficiaries, application criteria, required materials, and application procedures for the educational assistance, ensuring the broad and accurate dissemination of information and striving to make every eligible employee aware of the policy and the channels available.
