On August 21, Huang Weiying, Secretary of the Party Leadership Group and Executive Vice Chairperson of Shaoxing Federation of Trade Unions, and Tao Rongfa, Member of the Party Working Committee and Deputy Director of the Management Committee of Binhai New District, along with other leaders, visited the production front line of our company to conduct a high-temperature condolence activity. They delivered heatstroke prevention supplies and sincere greetings to workers. Company General Manager Ma Jianping and Chief EconomistFeng Wei accompanied the delegation during the visit.  

As the heatwave continues, the working conditions and physical well-being of employees on the production front line have been a major concern for leaders at all levels. The delegation went deep into the production area to learn more about the production arrangements, heatstroke prevention measures, and employee welfare保障during the high-temperature period. They personally handed out heatstroke prevention supplies such as toiletries, towels, and Huoxiang Zhengqi Water to the employees, highly praising their dedication and perseverance in working under extreme heat.  

Vice Chairperson Huang Weiying reminded employees to pay attention to self-protection, balance work and rest, and ensure both physical health and operational safety while working diligently. She emphasized that the company must strictly implement its primary responsibility for heatstroke prevention, scientifically adjust working hours, improve labor conditions, and strengthen safety training for high-temperature operations to effectively protect employees' safety and health rights.  

General Manager Ma Jianping expressed gratitude for the concern and guidance from the leaders of the Federation of Trade Unions and Binhai New District. He stated that the company always prioritizes the health and safety of its employees and has implemented multiple measures to fully ensure their safety during summer operations.
