​The First "Practical Skills Competition for Material Inspection Positions" in the Company's 2025 Labor Competition Month Concludes Successfully release time:2025-05-24

To thoroughly implement the company's 2025 operational management goals, strengthen foundational management, enhance employees' skill levels, and build a high-quality "craftsman-type" talent team, the company officially launched the "2025 Labor Competition Month" in May. On May 23, the first "Material Inspection Skills Competition" kicked off in the Quality Management Department's Material Inspection Room, marking the full entry of this year's labor competition into the practical stage.

The labor competition, organized under the company's unified plan, covers five key positions: spinning and winding, maintenance, packaging, material inspection, and warehouse forklift operation. As the opening event, the material inspection competition attracted four teams from Production Departments 1, 2, and 4. After intense preliminary rounds, six outstanding contestants advanced to the finals. The competition consisted of two parts: a theoretical test and a practical assessment. The theoretical test focused on material inspection standards, instrument operation procedures, quality anomaly handling, and safety knowledge. The practical segment included real-world tasks such as "blind sample testing," "rapid data analysis," and "equipment troubleshooting," comprehensively evaluating contestants' precision, efficiency, and problem-solving abilities.  


During the competition, the participants remained highly focused and composed, demonstrating solid professional expertise and a meticulous craftsman spirit. In the end, Zhang Huijuan from the North Building of Department 4 claimed first place in the practical stage with the highest overall score, while Jie Xiaocui from the South Building of Department 4 and Liu Shuping from Department 2 secured second and third place, respectively.  


"Physical property testing is the first checkpoint for industrial fiber quality control and must achieve zero errors," said Chen Feng, deputy supervisor of the Inspection Center. She emphasized that the competition not only evaluated employees' daily training results but also strengthened the team's quality awareness by "identifying gaps and addressing weaknesses." In response to the shortcomings revealed during the competition, the department will conduct targeted training to continuously improve testing standards and safeguard production quality.  


According to the company's labor competition schedule, the event is divided into three phases: "promotion and mobilization," "competition and evaluation," and "summary and awards." Following the material inspection competition, contests for spinning and winding, maintenance, packaging, and forklift operations will be held successively. Winners of each category will be awarded the title of "Most Outstanding Laborer of the Year."  


With craftsmanship fueling dreams and skills serving the enterprise, the 2025 Labor Competition Month has sounded its clarion call. All employees will devote themselves to skill-building with high morale, contributing to the company's new chapter of development through excellence!
