For nearly twenty years, Yu Xi'an, Deputy Director of the Power Workshop, has dedicated himself to the front lines of sewage treatment, interpreting the "craftsman spirit" of the new era with responsibility and expertise, becoming a steadfast force in the company's environmental protection efforts.  

Since joining the company in 2006, Yu Xi'an has remained committed to the operational management of the sewage treatment station. Proficient in process flows, he strictly controls various technical parameters to ensure data accuracy. From daily supervision to emergency response, he is always the first to identify and resolve issues, fortifying the defenses of environmental protection. Whether in exhaust gas treatment or monitoring discharged water quality, he pays meticulous attention to detail, ensuring every drop of water meets standards. For instance, upon noticing turbid water with floating sludge in the secondary sedimentation tank, he promptly adjusted the process by pumping sludge from the concentrated water tank and raw water tank into the hydrolysis tank, successfully restoring water clarity.  

When confronting technical challenges, Director Yu insists on hands-on involvement—from data monitoring and equipment inspections to problem-solving and process improvements—he practices what he preaches, striving for perfection. He also actively promotes the adoption of new equipment and technologies, continuously optimizing operational procedures to enhance the efficiency and environmental performance of the sewage station.  

Beyond being a technical expert, Yu Xi'an is a leader in team development. He frequently organizes "experience-sharing sessions" to encourage innovation and breakthroughs among his colleagues. Wang Xuexi, an operator, remarked, "Director Yu can always pinpoint the issue at a glance and even teaches us step by step." Under his guidance, the team's operational skills and collaboration capabilities have significantly improved.  

Through his actions, Yu Xi'an has earned the trust of leadership and the respect of his peers. He is not only the undisputed "spearhead" of the sewage station but also a role model for all.
