To thoroughly implement the spirit of Zhejiang Province’s 2025 "First Meeting of the New Year" and promote the deep integration of the Party’s innovative theories with corporate practices, the inaugural "Mobile Party Lecture in Enterprises" event, organized by the Doumen Sub-district Party Working Committee and hosted by the Ma Hai Industrial Community Party Branch, was successfully held at Zhejiang Guxiandao Green Fiber Co., Ltd. on the afternoon of April 10. Centered on the theme of **"Strengthening Party Spirit Through Study, Reflection, Practice, and Insight; Pioneering 'Six Endeavors' to Forge New Achievements,"** the event combined theoretical instruction with corporate case studies, delivering an inspiring Party spirit education session for enterprise Party members and mobile Party members in the area. Deng Jingcai, Director of the Party Construction Office of the Doumen Sub-district Party Working Committee, presided over the event, while Professor Liao Jiacai from the Shaoxing Municipal Party School delivered a keynote lecture. Xu Yuelin, Party Secretary of Guxiandao Company, led over 80 attendees, including all company Party members and representatives of mobile Party members, in the learning session.  

At the start of the event, Professor Liao Jiacai presented a lecture titled **"Advancing the New Journey of Chinese-Style Modernization with a Pragmatic Work Ethic."** Anchored in Zhejiang Province’s high-quality development strategy, he explored practical pathways for strengthening Party spirit from an economic perspective. By analyzing case studies of Zhejiang’s private sector growth, he proposed a direction of **"leveraging Party building to drive industrial upgrading and innovation to overcome technological challenges,"** emphasizing that Party members must translate theoretical learning into concrete actions to enhance corporate productivity, achieving "synergy between Party building and development."  

In his speech, Xu Yuelin, Party Secretary of Guxiandao Company, stated that bringing the mobile Party lecture to the corporate frontline represents an innovative practice in using Party building to steer high-quality enterprise development. He outlined three key requirements tailored to the company’s operations:  

1. Integrate the spirit of "Six Endeavors" into frontline production and sales**, demonstrating responsibility through stable output and efficiency gains.  

2. Focus on R&D breakthroughs**, establishing Party member task forces to tackle "bottleneck" technologies, ensuring the Party flag flies high on the innovation frontline.  

3. Consolidate market leadership through practical actions**, urging Party members to lead efforts in key areas such as standard-setting, cost reduction, efficiency improvement, technological innovation, and quality safety. He highlighted the company’s commitment to fulfilling its mission by leveraging its robust capabilities, including a 30% global market share. Secretary Xu concluded by stressing that all Party members must transform "study, reflection, practice, and insight" into tangible results in quality control, safety management, and other critical fields.  

The event concluded with enthusiastic applause. Attendees expressed their determination to contribute to the company’s innovative growth with the vigor of the "Six Endeavors," using hard work and real achievements to answer the call of Party membership in the new era.
