Company Hosts AI Application Sharing Session to Explore New Paths of AI Empowermentrelease time:2025-03-28

Recently, the company actively responded to the group’s call to "apply AI to enhance work efficiency." The Technology Center and Research Institute dispatched Shi Jiao (Training Manager), Gao Xuefeng (Deputy Director), and Dr. Chen Mengdi to attend the "2025 Enterprise AI Transformation and Upgrade Summit Forum" in Hangzhou. To accelerate the translation of learning outcomes into practice, the company organized an internal AI application sharing session after the forum. Dr. Chen Mengdi delivered a thematic report, and key members from six AI implementation teams—sales, finance, procurement, logistics, production, and administration—engaged in pragmatic discussions on current AI application progress, practical insights, and needs.

Dr. Chen Mengdi shared cutting-edge trends in AI technology for corporate strategic planning, process optimization, and organizational upgrades, drawing on content from the summit. She introduced the practical value of AI tools like Deepseek and manus in business scenarios, analyzed industry case studies, and provided reference directions for subsequent team practices. Deputy Director Gao Xuefeng supplemented the presentation. They emphasized, "Current AI applications are still in the exploratory stage. We need to start with foundational tasks like tool trials and data accumulation, tailored to the company’s actual needs, to gradually build intelligent capabilities."

Since the beginning of this year, the company has rapidly established an AI Application Leadership Team and six implementation teams to systematically plan AI deployment. Currently, all teams are advancing foundational capacity building through lightweight tool applications. Additionally, the company has reached an AI strategic cooperation intent with the team of Academician Chen Wenxing from Zhejiang Sci-Tech University and is in discussions with the China Textile Academy for smart factory planning, laying the groundwork for future technological advancements. A smart working group led by Engineer Li Ming is conducting feasibility studies on scenarios such as silk cart transfer and appearance inspection, with plans to introduce automated solutions in phases.

During the sharing session, team members openly exchanged practical needs and challenges. Participants unanimously agreed that AI implementation must align with business realities. At this stage, the focus should be on improving tool proficiency and enabling cross-departmental data interoperability to foster a "practical exploration" approach, creating a "foundation-first, breakthrough-later" path for the company’s intelligent transformation. Moving forward, the company will maintain its AI strategic direction, deepen the integration of smart manufacturing and AI tools with business scenarios, and drive high-quality development through incremental innovation.
