In 2025, the company was once again awarded the title of "Advanced Unit for Air Pollution Prevention" by Doumen Subdistrict. As an industrial polyester fiber manufacturer, the company continued to advance its efforts in air pollution prevention and control over the past year, achieving progress in emission reduction and environmental protection facility upgrades.

In 2025, the company pursued a combination of process optimization, equipment upgrades, and operational management to achieve reductions in both the intensity and total volume of pollutant emissions. Data shows that the concentration of VOC emissions remained steadily below 2 mg/m³, with total annual VOC emissions decreasing by 69.9% compared to the previous year. The main pollutants from boilers met standards stricter than those for natural gas-fired boilers, with total annual emissions decreasing by 21% from 2024 and 41% from 2023, marking a three-year consecutive downward trend. No wastewater or air pollution incidents occurred throughout the year.
The company implemented several technological upgrades focused on air pollutant management, enhancing facility operational efficiency and emission stability. For the boiler system, it completed the replacement of dust filter bags for three boilers, updated the air preheater, increased the capacity of denitrification catalysts, and improved ammonia spray lance technology, leading to higher treatment efficiency and reduced operating costs.
Additionally, the company completed an antimony removal project at the wastewater treatment station, relocated the oil fume purifier in the second production division, and carried out cleaning of the underground stormwater pipeline network. In terms of monitoring, it strengthened instrument calibration and process data monitoring, assigning dedicated personnel for real-time oversight, thereby providing data support for operational management.
In recent years, the company has carried out projects focused on energy conservation and consumption reduction, including photovoltaic power generation, polyester esterification steam waste heat power generation, replacement with energy-efficient motors, cooling tower motor retrofits, and optimization of the spinning compressed air system, continuously advancing green manufacturing initiatives.
The company will continue to pursue technological improvements and refined management aimed at the operational management of environmental protection facilities and emission reduction targets, promoting green and low-carbon development.
