The company continues to deepen and advance its QC team activities. This year's projects covered multiple critical stages including polymerization, viscosity increase, spinning, twisting, inspection, packaging, and equipment. According to statistics, a total of 29 QC projects were registered for the year. Following a preliminary selection round on December 19, 12 outstanding projects advanced to the final.

On December 25, the 2025 Annual Excellent QC Team Activity Achievements Final Presentation and Award Ceremony was successfully held. Senior company executives and managers from various relevant departments were invited to serve as judges.
Adhering to the QC principle of being "small, practical, dynamic, and innovative" and strictly following the PDCA cycle, all participating teams focused on data analysis and experimental verification throughout the entire process—from topic selection, current situation investigation, target setting, and root cause analysis to countermeasure formulation—effectively addressing practical problems in production and management. During the presentation, speakers systematically demonstrated the project progression and results achieved through PPT presentations and live explanations. The judges provided professional comments on the content and offered optimization suggestions.
After intense competition, the final awards were presented as follows: 3 Special Prizes, 4 First Prizes, 5 Second Prizes, 8 Third Prizes, and 9 Excellence Awards.
Looking ahead to the new year, the company will continue to deeply implement QC team activities focusing on production processes, equipment improvement, and process optimization, continuously enhancing product quality and operational efficiency to inject sustained momentum into the company's high-quality development.
