In order to strengthen occupational health monitoring and management, and to effectively safeguard the physical and mental health of employees, the company recently organized occupational health examinations for factory employees. Strictly adhering to the relevant provisions of the Occupational Disease Prevention Law, and considering the occupational characteristics of various positions, the initiative aims to control and eliminate occupational disease hazards, with the fundamental goal of protecting employees' physical health and safety.

The examinations specifically targeted positions exposed to occupational hazards such as noise, high temperatures, terephthalic acid, ethylene glycol, coal dust, SO2, welding fumes, and ultraviolet radiation. Key inspection items included electrocardiograms, blood tests, color Doppler ultrasounds of the liver and spleen, ophthalmological examinations, and otorhinolaryngology checks. These measures effectively safeguarded employees' rights and interests, achieving the objective of "early detection, timely treatment, and prompt recovery for existing health issues, as well as early attention, prevention, and action for maintaining good health."
This initiative fully reflects the company's management philosophy of being "people-oriented and caring for employees." It not only heightened employees' awareness of their own health but also contributed to the healthy and stable development of the company's production and operations.
