Cost reduction and efficiency improvement remain key priorities for the company. In the production of polyester industrial yarn, energy consumption management during the polymerization process has always been a core focus. To effectively reduce coal consumption per unit, company leaders made scientific decisions and coordinated efforts, establishing a special technical task force in early 2025. This team brought together top technical talents to fully launch cost reduction and efficiency enhancement initiatives.  

After months of sustained effort, the task force achieved significant progress, with comprehensive coal consumption notably reduced and energy conservation effects clearly demonstrated. Coal consumption control in the second quarter reached a historic low. In addition to improving economic efficiency, the reduction in coal consumption provided strong support for green and low-carbon development, further enhancing the company’s environmental competitiveness.  

In the face of challenges, all team members demonstrated perseverance, implementing responsibilities step by step and steadily advancing their work. Company leaders organized multiple thematic meetings to clarify goals and strengthen accountability. Through regular discussions, the team pooled collective wisdom, analyzed problems, and optimized solutions to ensure effective implementation of all measures. A series of management innovations and process improvements significantly enhanced energy utilization efficiency.  

The efforts emphasized multi-faceted collaborative optimization, including: strengthening maintenance and management of energy equipment to ensure stable operation; implementing refined control throughout the coal usage process to improve resource efficiency; actively introducing high-quality coal resources to enhance combustion effectiveness; and comprehensively implementing energy-saving adjustments across the production system to fully leverage potential in areas such as waste heat utilization.  

This achievement is attributed to the scientific decision-making and high-level attention from company leadership, as well as the professional expertise of the technical team and the hard work of frontline employees. It fully demonstrates that, as long as the company remains united and committed to its goals, it can overcome challenges and achieve breakthroughs. Moving forward, the task force will continue to consolidate these results, explore new paths and methods for energy conservation and cost reduction, and continuously optimize production operations to inject new momentum into the company’s high-quality development.
